ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝

UWC Dilijan international school is looking to hire a Network Admin Specialist who will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the network infrastructure, computers and other IT devices (switches, Wi-Fi). The Network Administrator should oversee digital security and perform maintenance to ensure that the system is operating at full capacity. He/ she will also be tasked with installing hardware and software as needed. He/ she will also install and support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝

- Install and support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems;
- Determine network and system requirements;
- Oversee troubleshooting for system errors and design solutions;
- Install and maintain network hardware and software;
- Maintain network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshoot network problems; escalate problems to vendor;
- Identify user needs and maintain security;
- Administrate Wi-Fi and LAN networks;
- Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers;
- Administer desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, software deployment, security updates and patches;
- Conduct training for the staff.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝

- At least 2 years of experience as a Network or Computer Systems Administrator;
- Strong knowledge of computer network, and operating systems (Unix, Windows and MacOS);
- Strong understanding of the following: Network Monitoring Tools, distributed antenna system, Windows domain, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TACACS+ and RADIUS, computer network infrastructure and protocols;
- Experience with helpdesk or IT support;
- Excellent customer service and communication skills;
- Time management and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices;
- Good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Good analytical and problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
