Role description:Evoca is looking for an Online Lending Specialist who will be responsible for the development of the bank’s online loan products, analysis of rejected applications, and improvement of the scoring system.

What will you be doing?•manage and monitor the online loan portfolio (Action loan and Online Overdraft);
•analyze loans and overdrafts that were rejected or partially approved by the online system;
•improve the scoring system;
•conduct monitoring of the quality and repayment levels of online loans;
•collaborate with IT, risk, and business analytics teams to automate and optimize lending processes.

What skills are we looking for?•university degree in economics or finance;
•at least 1 year of professional experience in in lending or loan analysis;
•data analysis skills;
•high level of responsibility and ability to work in a team;
•excellent communication skills.
