ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Evocabank is looking for an Operational Risk Management Specialist. The ideal candidate has eagerness to find out-of-box solutions and use innovations, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in team, high sense of responsibility, excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Responsible for identification, assessment and management of operational risks;
- Monitor operational risks, prepare and present relevant reports;
- Responsible for fraud prevention and detection;
- Responsible for accidents’ database maintenance, management and analysis;
- Responsible for analysis and assessment of bank’s business processes aimed to identify potential risks;
- Investigate root causes of operational risks and provide support to mitigate risk;
- Assess operational risks of bank’s new products, services and processes;
- Maintain documentation for risk management and risk policies and procedures.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or other relevant field;
- At least 2 years of professional experience in risk management or other relevant field;
- Good grasp of operational risk management methods and models;,
- Knowledge of basic principles of bank accounting, legislation and standards;
- Excellent command of MS Office and AS-Bank software;
- FRM or PRM certification is a strong plus;
- Knowledge of statistical analysis software (SPSS, STATA, etc.), any programming language (C++, C#, Python, R, SQL, etc.) is a plus;
- Analytical mindset, ability to perform financial analysis;
- Outstanding teamwork and management skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages.
