Praemium RA is seeking an Operations Analyst to join its team. He/ she will be responsible for assisting the Company's UK Operations team in settlements, reconciliations and static data management. The incumbent will be an integral part of the Operations team, responding to all operational tasks and enquiries via telephone and email.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Cash and stock reconciliations including break resolutions;- Process GBP, EUR and USD settlements to the Company's counterparties;
- Monitor discrepancies and liaise to custodians to resolve;
- Pre-trade data analysis;
- Responsible for transaction reporting data analysis;
- Responsible for fund rebate processing;
- Responsible for cash-flow forecasting for settlement and system positions;
- Set up new assets onto the platform;
- Asset monitoring and data integrity.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Fluency in English language is mandatory;- Understanding of the Financial Services marketplace that applies to Wealth Managers;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications;
- Analytical, numerate with financial literacy, self-sufficient but a team player is a must;
- Ability to maintain effectiveness in varying environments and strong ability to develop self to adapt to change;
- Focus on meeting commitments and delivering results to a high standard;
- Ability to prioritise workloads and achieve deadlines;
- Ability to act honestly and fairly, always with integrity and provide any information that may be asked of him/ her in relation to the protection of the business.
