ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
Landmark Capital CJSC is currently seeking an experienced Operations Department Specialist to join its team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality operational support services to the external and internal clients of the Company across all activities: account servicing, asset management, trading, and ensuring that back-office procedures and processes are following the legislation and regulations and are properly documented. The incumbent will work closely with the Accountancy Department, the Client Manager, and the Investment team. This position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, a positive professional attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Oversee and perform transaction processing activities on a day-to-day basis;- Provide high-quality operational support services to the external and internal clients of the Company across all activities (account servicing, asset management, trading, etc.);
- Ensure that back-office procedures and processes are following the legislation and regulations and are properly documented;
- Coordinate with clearing/ settlement agents to make sure trades are correctly entered and matched in the clearing system;
- Ensure timely preparation of daily reconciliations and reports to the regulators;
- Build and maintain contacts with clearing/ settlement institutions and other external service providers to ensure a high standard of services;
- Follow up on trading/ settlement processes to address and resolve any issues (e.g., unmatched/ unsettled trades, etc.);
- Submit reports to the management on a regular basis, in the format required.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- At least 2 years of experience n the brokerage or banking industry;- Successful experience in implementing new operational systems;
- Experience in working with clearing services (Euroclear, Clearstream, etc.);
- Ability to work in a high-pressure work environment and within the given time constraints;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian, and English languages, both verbal and written.
