ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Marberg CJSC is seeking to hire an Operations Manager, who will be in charge of leading one of the Organization's lines of business - production and sales of natural stone and products from natural stone and also be assisting senior management in the development and implementation of operational procedures and sales strategies.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions;
- Develop and implement operational policies;
- Oversee budgeting, reporting and planning;
- Work with senior stakeholders;
- Develop new sales leads, and work with existing contacts;
- Work with the Management to determine short and long-term goals;
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the Company;
- Build partnerships with other organizations.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Economics or a related field;
- Experience or knowledge of operations, management and finance;
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners and employees;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Willingness to grow and develop with the Company;
- Good to excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Strong knowledge of MS Office;
- Avid learner and a self-starter; ability to work under pressure proactively and independently.
