ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
RGAM Retail Group Armenia CJSC is looking for an Operations Manager to join its team. The Operations Manager is responsible for providing exceptional operational and maintenance (cleaning, construction and repair) support for the stores and ensure compliance in all areas of operational activity.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
Operations Area- Oversee the facilities, operations and maintenance management for stores to ensure all remain safe, secure, and well-maintained in accordance with business priorities;
- Carry out assessment to identify the requirements (maintenance, supplies, stationary) for each store in order to facilitate provision of needed resources;
- Supply the stores with all stationary and any non-product items;
- Provide needed maintenance either through the Company's own resources, or outsource to the relevant contractor/ service provider;
- Carry out direct supervision of IT specialist and support staff daily and pre-planned activities;
- Coordinate and support new store openings in relation to set up of utility services and any other operations requirements;
- Ensure supplier contracts are the most favourable in the market, continuously looking to improve operating margins;
- Control the Operations Unit budget.
Stock Control Area
- Coordinate deliveries from the warehouse, inform store and technical staff on delivery time and ensure the stock is provided timely and efficiently;
- Support stock receiving/ delivery process: after in-store scanning provide data to Stock Control team;
- Analyse inventory results for each store and based on the obtained information identify high risk areas.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- University degree, preferably in Management;- At least 5 years of experience in loss and prevention (L&P) field;
- Problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English language.
