Zepplein Armenia is looking for a Parts Store Sales Representative.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Sell parts to all email-in, call-in, and walk-in customers;- Ascertain part number; inspect worn, damaged or defective part to determine customer need;
- Discuss features and benefits of alternative solutions (repair options) and offer those solutions to the customer;
- Advise customer of additional related parts (e.g. gaskets/ seals/ hardware);
- Maintain accurate customer and equipment information in the CRM;
- Keep customers informed of new parts, services available, and dealer merchandising programs;
- Advise customer on substitution of part when replacement is not available;
- Support product support field sales, inside sales, machine sales, service force;
- Participate and complete training as required and/ or available.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- High school diploma or equivalent; or 1-2 years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience;- Above average communication skills, as well as a mechanical aptitude;
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals;
- Technical English language skills;
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume;
- Knowledge of Excel and preferably 1C.
