ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
HSBC Bank Armenia is looking for a Payment Services Agent to be responsible for ensuring the high quality of service delivery by following the deadlines and set controls and internal procedures over the payment operations. The Payment Services Agent also takes part in projects aiming at implementation of local regulatory and HSBC Group requirements.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Process payments through various systems and perform daily Payment Services related activities;- Create Management Information reports and develop statistics on a daily and monthly basis;
- Manage transaction investigations in line with Financial Crime Compliance and payment transparency requirements;
- Prevent fraudulent payments using all available common tools and reconciliation judgment of facts;
- Assist in implementation of different projects;
- Have basic involvement and assistance in other tasks of the Department.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- University degree, preferably in Banking, Finance, Economics or a related field;- Time management skills, ability to strictly follow the deadlines and cut-off times;
- High speed of processing; touch typing skill is desirable;
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
- Team-oriented person; excellent communication skills;
- Detail-orientation;
- Fluency in English and Armenian languages;
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Previous similar work experience will be of benefit.
