ID Bank CJSC is looking for a motivated and skilled candidate to fill the position of Personal Manager of Private Banking Unit, who will be responsible for due service of VIP customers of the Bank.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Identify the needs of VIP customers, introduce the Bank’s services on preferential terms;- Provide personal consultancy/ information on services and products offered by the Bank;
- Provide information to VIP customers on their accounts and other applicable services, including provision of customer account statements and extracts on performed transactions;
- Provide new, re-issued or confiscated plastic cards to the customers;
- Accept loan application and assure the application processing;
- Open deposit and other accounts for VIP customers, and provide guarantees;
- Execute agreements on individual safe boxes, terminate and amend thereof; provide customer service related with safe boxes;
- Provide remote systems to VIP customers, execute respective agreements, terminate and amend thereof;
- Responsible for sale of bonds;
- Ensure quick respond to VIP customers questions, full and quick solution of issues related thereto.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Higher education in Economics or Finance;- At least 2 years of banking experience in service; VIP customer service will be an asset;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Skills in effective service of customers;
- Ability to organize works in a due manner, time management skills;
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to manage problems in a quick and efficient way;
- Teamwork ability;
- Ability to work in different situations and be quick to orient.
