Varks.am is looking for an analytical and perceptive PPC/ SEO Manager who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential for this role. The goal of this role will be to ensure that content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase Company's profitability.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns;- Responsible for AdWords/ Yandex SEM supervision and optimization;
- Display channel optimization;
- Responsible for retargeting;
- Discover and launch new online channels;
- Develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies;
- Coordinate content, design, social media, pay-per-click (PPC) marketing and other activities;
- Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends;
- Manage offsite and onsite optimization projects and report on performance;
- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies;
- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams;
- Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes;
- Optimize website content, land pages and paid search copy;
- Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building);
- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects;
- Work with social media teams;
- Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends;
- Monitor budgets and oversee search platform accounts;
- Participate in forming effective paid search strategies;
- Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Yandex);
- Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting;
- Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI;
- Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues;
- Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Media or a related field; AdWords certification is a plus;- At least 2 years of experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist;
- Experience in data analysis and reporting;
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts;
- Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices;
- Strong organizational and leadership skills;
- Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude;
- Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. AdWords, Facebook, Yahoo) is preferred;
- Working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics);
- Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus;
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel;
- Proficiency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Experience with SEO reporting;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Analytical thinking with strong math skills.
