Varks.am is looking for a competent PR Manager to take on full responsibility for the strategy, collaboration, execution and measurement of PR and Media Relations Campaigns, with the goal of building and enhancing a favorable image of the Company with employees, potential candidates, clients, potential customers, influencers and the public.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Plan, implement and manage public relations programs;- Plan and budget for PR events, programs and initiatives;
- Design and review a variety of promotional and marketing materials;
- Design and review the online content in media announcements and media kits;
- Monitor corporate image frequently and ensure it is in compliance with the Company brand;
- Check and manage content produced for website and social media channels;
- Arrange interviews and prepare press releases to promote Company and its products/ services;
- Develop and implement PR policies and procedures;
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy;
- Organize PR events to increase awareness of the Company;
- Report on PR campaigns' results;
- Determine KPIs for PR Department;
- Measure and provide reports on each PR campaign;
- Produce content for various speeches, events and hearings;
- Assign tasks and projects to the PR team.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Higher education in PR or Marketing;- At least 2 years of experience in public relations;
- Solid experience in coordinating successful PR campaigns;
- Expertise in different social networks;
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills;
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
- Aptitude in presentation and public speaking;
- Excellent command of MS Office full package;
- Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English languages.
