ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

ID Bank is looking for an energetic and motivated person, who will occupy the position of Representative of Privilege Banking Unit performing research on the VIP Customers' needs and providing necessary consultations concerning the services and products of the Bank.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Identify VIP customers' needs, proposing favorable banking services;
- Provide individual consultation/ information on banking services and products;
- Provide VIP clients with relevant information about their accounts and other services, including provision of transaction and account statements;
- Responsible for full explanation and solution of issues and problems submitted by VIP clients, quick reaction to problems raised.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Higher education in Economics or Finance;
- At least 1 year of work experience in the sphere of customer service; work experience with VIP clients will be considered as an advantage;
- Knowledge of computer software (MS Office);
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Effective customer service skills;
- Work organization and time management skills;
- Communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to solve issues in a quick and efficient manner;
- Ability to work effectively in a team;
- Ability to work in different situations and quick orientation.
