ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

IDeA Foundation is looking for a Procurement Specialist who has an eye for detail, excellent math and computer skills, a penchant for analyzing different sorts of purchasing situations and the ability to listen, persuade and negotiate.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Create and place purchase orders with the appropriate vendors and track them, until the supplies arrive, and information is logged in the records;
- Review, update and maintain purchase orders until they are fully completed;
- Compare prices amongst various vendors to make sound purchasing decisions;
- Organize importing process;
- Ensure orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts;
- Negotiate contracts, agreements and pricing with suppliers;
- Initiate contact with vendors to check on supply and equipment availability, invoices, purchase orders and contracts;
- Work within a given budget to purchase goods and services for the Organization;
- Ensure that products are delivered in a timely manner and that the quality of the goods received is satisfactory.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- At least bachelor's degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration;
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of formal bid procedures;
- Basic knowledge of the Civil, Tax and Customs Code;
- Ability to write clear bid specifications, test materials and evaluations and analyze vendor bids;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages (both oral and written);
- Advanced MS Office skills;
- Punctuality, detail orientation and multitasking skills;
- Ability to perform with minimum supervision.
