ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
Atenk Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic Procurement Specialist who will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective communication with suppliers in order to find the best deals possible on goods that are needed for business operations.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Research and maintain a list of suppliers based on price, quality, payment and delivery terms;- Compare prices/ products actively and periodically to take advantage of new products at competitive prices;
- Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier relationships;
- Prepare bid specifications and other necessary documents related to the purchase of products;
- Review, evaluate and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids;
- Work with the freight forwarding companies to expedite fulfillment of orders as it applies to specific contract actions or negotiations;
- Ensure that products are delivered in a timely manner;
- Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues, manufacturers and suppliers;
- Perform other job-related duties.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Graduate degree in Finance, Management, Economics or a related field;- Work experience as a Procurement Specialist is an advantage;
- Knowledge of purchasing methods and procedures is a plus;
- Strong knowledge of MS Office;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Excellent time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Result-oriented personality.
