ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

The Procurement Specialist (PS) has the responsibility to implement and monitor the procurement activities of the Armenian Territorial Development Fund (ATDF) programs. He/ she will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and providing advice to the Head of the ATDF Procurement Unit on all procurement issues affecting the ATDF projects. He/ she will oversee all operations to ensure timely completion of procurement processes and procedures.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Prepare bidding documents;
- Publish the invitations in www.procurement.am, www.atdf.am, www.armeps.am websites;
- Draft the evaluation reports, acting as the Secretary of the Evaluation Commission;
- Input all information on procurement of works, goods and selection of consultants in MIS;
- Contract drafting;
- Publish information on signed contracts in www.procurement.am, www.atdf.am, www.armeps.am websites;
- Maintain a filing system on all bid documentation relating to each project;
- Report to the Head of Procurement Unit about project status and issues that may impact the project implementation;
- Perform other relevant tasks as requested by the Head of Procurement Unit.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration or other related fields;
- At least 3 years of work experience in procurement of goods and services, particularly in civil works;
- Knowledge on national rules and legislations in the field of procurement and civil construction/ engineering;
- Knowledge and/ or experience in World Bank/ ADB/ National procurement policies and procedures, or other standards set forth for a procurement is an advantage;
- Strong sense of integrity is essential;
- Strong communication and reporting skills and ability to work in a team;
- Experience of working in donor-funded projects field is welcomed;
- Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, etc.);
- Native level of Armenian language; good knowledge of English language (speaking, writing).
