ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Digitain LLC is looking for a candidate for the position of Product and Strategy Development Director. The incumbent will be responsible for leading the Organization in research for new products, product enhancements, product redesign and external product providers. This position requires exercising independent judgment to perform the responsibilities described herein.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Develop product portfolio strategy and lead the short and long-range planning process in collaboration with the leadership team;
- Design and implement product development plans to ensure successful execution of the Company's strategy;
- Implement the operational processes to analyze, identify and write detailed description of user end to end requirements and business functional requirements (BFRs);
- Provide periodic updates on technology trends and how each unit could leverage new tech to achieve objectives;
- Support the setup of new programs/ projects to ensure delivery efficiency;
- Lead Market Research and Competitive Intelligence functions, integrate outputs into strategic recommendations that guide product development strategies;
- Bring the voice of customers into the Organization to shape portfolio and individual product development strategies and plans;
- Select correct design concepts and fundamental technology used for new products or improvement for existing ones;
- Develop and implement methods and procedures for monitoring projects, including preparation of records of expenditures and research findings, progress reports, and staff conferences, in order to inform the Management of current status of each project;
- Plan and formulate aspects of research and development proposals, including objective or purpose of project, applications that can be utilized from findings, costs of project, and equipment and human resource requirements;
- Negotiate contracts with external organizations in the scope of product provision and resell.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- At least 5 years of work experience in product development of tech products; experience in iGaming market is an advantage;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management or a related field, or equivalent experience;
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables;
- Proven record of accomplishment of leading teams to produce significant, measurable results;
- Direct experience in managing and leading managers and teams.
