ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Ginosi is looking for an enthusiastic Agile Product Owner who will be responsible for owning the entire software product life-cycle, from concept to delivery. The Company welcomes the incumbent to become a part of its team in shaping the way in which hospitality meets technology.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities;
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog;
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure maximum value for the product strategy;
- Work closely with the Product Management team to create and maintain product backlog according to business value & ROI;
- Participate in product release planning and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities;
- Document the underlying procedures of existing and new features;
- Use best practices of Agile/Scrum methodologies and new trends on a day-to-day basis;
- Follow competitors and the industry.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- At least 2 years of work experience in the same position;
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Comprehensive vision in defining and prioritizing product requirements;
- Excellent organizational and task management skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies specifically in Scrum and Kanban methods;
- Outstanding communication skills and proficiency in English language;
- Familiarity with web development is a plus.
