ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

WCC Armenia Round Table Foundation is looking for a Programme Officer (PO). The incumbent will be tasked with project wiring and submission of project applications for funding, fundraising, project planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Identify and contact potential donors for ART project applications;
- Prepare and submit applications for funding;
- Plan and execute project activities in timely and accurate manner;
- Manage and monitor grants;
- Prepare and submit to ART management reports on projects along with recommendations for improvement, document best practices;
- Provide guidance and maintain frequent communication with project partners, pay site and monitoring visits to projects;
- Analyze and troubleshoot project challenges;
- Assist ART management with development of strategic partnerships and fundraising;
- Represent Foundation at pertinent opportunities;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by ART management.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Political Science, International Relations or another relevant field;
- At least 3 years of experience in management and implementation of development related projects;
- Experience in grant application writing and fundraising;
- Proficiency in written and spoken Armenian and English languages;
- Strong time management and analytical skills, and ability to perform various tasks;
- Ability to communicate in public environment effectively;
- Mission-driven, team-oriented person with a can-do approach in supporting the Foundation in its work.
