ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Armobil CJSC is looking for a Project Manager (PM) who shall have experience and qualifications on a range of security-related skills and have a verified record of proven reliability and good conduct.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Analyze the operational security environment throughout region, country and the city and work closely with the COR to ensure Post's security posture and countermeasures are commensurate with the overall threat to personnel and the Mission;
- Provide proactive program management and provide the COR with specific information and status of the local guard force on a daily basis;
- Be knowledgeable in the use and maintenance of the information maintained in LGP;
- Be accessible and responsive to the CO or COR on all matters related to performance of the service 24 hours per day, seven days per week;
- Be accessible in person within one hour of request by the COR or GTM;
- Meet with the COR and Local Guard Force Coordinator routinely.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Citizen of the host country, a U.S. citizen, or a third country national citizen in possession of a valid current work visa in the host nation;
- Residence in Yerevan city;
- Possession of National Diploma or Associate degree;
- At least 10 years of police, military, security or local guard force management experience;
- At least 5 years of work experience being at supervisory or command levels;
- At least 5 years of work experience in the host country or region;
- Possession of intimate knowledge of overseas security environments;
- Familiarity of the recent trends and specific terrorist and criminal threats;
- Experience with multiple levels of communication between various levels of management;
- Experience managing security staff or local guard force management experience;
- Experience in program or project management and qualifications on a range of security-related skills;
- Verified record of proven reliability and good conduct to minimize personnel and staffing issues;
- Experience with risk management including problem identification and problem solving would be highly recommended;
- Expert in all areas of physical security and access control;
- Understanding of operational methods of all guard force units and zones for response, and ability to maintain a professional demeanor under highly stressful circumstances;
- Experience in basic communications and radio use/ procedures;
- Ability to maintain and manage communication between all parties;
- Ability to provide risk management planning and performing qualitative risk analysis;
- Ability to define, sequence and estimate activities and resources;
- Experience with acquiring, developing and managing project teams;
- Speaking skills in the local language and English speaking/ reading skill level S3/R3;
- Ability to use a computer including all common office management tools (e.g. Microsoft Office);
- Current host-country driver's license;
- If applicable, ability to complete and maintain firearms training and certification in accordance with local labor law and the requirements of this contract.
