Intertech LLC is looking for a highly qualified Project Manager responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive control and completion of diverse projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the Company.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Plan and implement projects;- Define tasks, coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects;
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget;
- Develop project scopes and objectives, define deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
- Ensure resource availability and allocation;
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress;
- Create schedule and project timeline, track deliverables;
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs;
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques, lead quality assurance;
- Monitor project progress, report on progress as well as problems and solutions as needed;
- Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders;
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Bachelor's degree;- Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent;
- Proven working experience as a Project Administrator;
- Knowledge of budgeting and analysis;
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/ or change management;
- Proficiency in project management software tools and techniques;
- Basic technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
- Excellent communication/ negotiation skills;
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities;
- Ability to get the best out of people and projects that are overseen;
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
