ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall coordination, communication and control of all TV projects ensuring consistency with product strategy, commitments and goals.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/ vendors for the flawless execution of TV projects;- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
- Assist in the definition of project scope, objectives and deliverables involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
- Define project tasks and resource requirements, ensure resource availability and allocation;
- Develop a detailed full-scale project plan to monitor and track progress;
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques;
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques;
- Evaluate project progress, problems and solutions, report and escalate to the department head as needed;
- Meet with clients and providers to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project;
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals;
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis;
- Help prepare system performance and statistical reports as assigned;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- At least bachelor's degree in the appropriate field of study;- Proven working experience in project management;
- Vast experience in strategic planning;
- Experience in risk management and change management;
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;
- Excellent planning, organizing and decision-making skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Good team player and conflict management skills;
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools; Project Management Professional (PMP)/ PRINCE2 knowledge/ certification is a plus);
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Fluency in English and Russian languages.
