ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
N/AՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Represent the first/ single point of contact with the client for the respective project;- Run initiation processes for the projects;
- Coordinate and control people and all related tasks and quality of the assigned projects;
- Inform the client regularly and report in writing on the project status;
- Ensure the application of all methodologies and procedures by all team members of the project;
- Be involved in identification of all project activities, create the work breakdown structure and select project staff;
- Outline the project deliverables, phases and milestones, create and maintain up-to-date project plan;
- Maintain the required project documentation in both paper and electronic forms and create a Project Management Register;
- Prepare the Project Closure Form and lessons learned document at the end of project to enable further tuning of the company's IT project management activities;
- Track status in the project plan, according to individual status reports;
- Build aggregated status reports;
- Assist testing team in their testing processes, ensuring that bug fixing is performed and communicated;
- Calculate indices for the project such as: delays, costs and risks.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- At least 4 years of experience in project/ product management;- Knowledge of diverse programming languages is desired;
- PMP, PMI-ACP or PRINCE2 certification is a privilege;
- Education in a relevant field;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of English language; knowledge of French language is a privilege;
- Sense of responsibility; ability to meet deadlines.
