ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
YerevanLab is in the middle of new product development and YerevanLab is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join its team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the defined objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to drive project success and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Specifically, you will closely work with product and program managers to execute the startup and company growth.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, and risks in alignment with organizational objectives;- Project Execution: Lead project teams in executing projects, managing project activities, resources, and timelines, and ensuring adherence to project plans and quality standards;
- Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage project stakeholders, establish effective communication channels, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle;
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, closely monitoring project risks and proactively addressing issues that may impact project success;
- Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and requirements, assessing the impact of changes and communicating updates to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner;
- Project Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare regular project status reports, providing updates on progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or PMP certification is plus;- Proven experience as a project manager, successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget;
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques;
- Familiar with agile methodology and get along with fast-changing startup environments;
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and facilitate collaboration;
- Experience in risk management, change management, and quality assurance;
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, compliance, and best practices.
