ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Alfa Partners LLC is looking for an active, motivated and result-oriented candidate for the employment as a Project Coordinator under the Project "Technical Advisory Support to the Armenia Renewable Resources and Energy Efficiency Fund" financed by EBRD Armenian Resident Office. The key objective of the assignment is to provide technical advisory support to R2E2 on various aspects of its activities in the renewable energy sector, specifically, on: a) preparation of the five sites that the authorities have short-listed for the development of solar PV plants, b) monitoring the implementation of renewable energy tender processes, and c) work-streams aiming to develop the capacity of other renewable energy sector stakeholders.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Provide R2E2 with technical advisory services related to the preparation of the five sites that the authorities have short-listed for the development of solar PV plants for the upcoming tender including, but not limited to:
a) coordinating a topographical exercise for each of the five sites - to be conducted by the team-member with the relevant local authorities for subsequent permitting purposes. The purpose of this exercise is to (i) precisely define the coordinates of the location of each of the five sites, (ii) precisely measure the size of each site, and (iii) provide all necessary data for the land registry and permitting process;
b) assisting R2E2 and/ or other relevant local parties in the land registry and permitting process, for example, by collecting other necessary information or data;
- Provide on-going technical advisory support to R2E2 in the preparation and implementation of renewable energy projects and tender processes. This will include closely monitoring on a local level separate Technical Cooperation assignment aiming to support the authorities in the implementation of the renewable energy auction for the above-mentioned five solar PV projects. Examples of such technical advisory support and monitoring activities include:
a) providing internal reviews for the benefit of R2E2 staff on commercial, technical and legal matters related to renewable energy projects, including the above-mentioned five solar PV projects and the associated tender process;
b) supporting R2E2 staff in engaging with renewable energy stakeholders and other local entities;
- Assist R2E2 in their work-streams aiming to develop the capacity of other renewable energy sector stakeholders, on behalf or alongside R2E2 staff. These may include organizing and/ or participating in capacity building events, such as trainings, conferences, seminars or workshops, or developing materials and information on the renewable energy sector to be shared with other stakeholders.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- At least 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in projects related to the power sector;
- Proven experience in leading a team of experts and the ability to demonstrate adequate project management skills, managerial skills and team leading experience;
- Fluency in English and Armenian languages for coordination and report writing purposes;
- Previous experience in transaction advisory services for PPP projects in the energy sector, preferably in Armenia, will be considered as an advantage;
- Training or track-record on undertaking capacity building exercises to the benefit of renewable energy stakeholders is preferable.
