ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Intertech is looking for a Promotions Agent to be involved in the Company's promotions programs to incentivize the point-of-purchase and to combine advertising with promotional deals to entice consumers and clients to buy products. The successful candidate will play an important role in achieving the Company's ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Work closely with Marketing and Sales Departments to be aware of the role for promotions in the Company's overall strategy;
- Take active role in promotions programs, participate in campaigns that combine advertising with purchasing incentives to increase sales;
- Ensure all offers and promotions are of the highest standard, quality and are always on-brand;
- Inform customers about launched discounts, samples, gifts, rebates, coupons, sweepstakes and contests;
- Put a positive spin on what the Company has to offer, highlighting its best attributes to potential customers;
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies;
- Actively participate in brainstorms and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns;
- Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, new product information;
- Make recommendations for changes and improvements in methods and materials, including social media tools, sites and applications;
- Prepare detailed analysis on promotion performance to inform future promotional creation and grow market share;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Bachelor's degree;
- Experience in advertising, marketing, promotions or sales is an advantage;
- Proficiency in English and Farsi languages;
- Creativity and interpersonal skills;
- Analytical, organizational and decision-making skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Ability to function as a self-starter with emphasis on getting things done;
- Highly organized and flexible person;
- Good at prioritizing and meeting changing deadlines;
- Results-oriented, self-motivated individual with a high level of ambition;
- Ability to deliver quality despite many parallel tasks ongoing.
