Yerevan Haybusak University announces a competition to fill the vacant position of Head of the Department of Psychology.Yerevan Haybusak University is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to lead the department's development, guided by the university’s threefold mission: education, research, and service to society. S/he will be responsible for the strategy and overall management of the department.
ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Develop and implement innovative curricula and research initiatives;- Lead the department’s strategic planning and curriculum development activities;
- Manage and effectively allocate the department’s financial and other resources;
- Recruit, support, and mentor faculty and administrative staff;
- Contribute to the development of a national system of professional standards in psychology;
- Develop partnerships with stakeholders;
- Enhance the university’s national and international visibility and reputation.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Candidate of Science or Doctoral degree in psychology or an adjacent field;- Teaching, research, and administrative experience;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
