ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

FAST is looking for an experienced person to take the position of Public Policy and Partnership Officer, who will work in the Partnerships and Programs Unit. The incumbent will be responsible for providing evidence-based policy proposals, as well as supporting the relations with partners of the Foundation.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Develop specific, practical policy proposals based on research findings for presentation to government and other policy makers;
- Liaise and maintain regular contact with government officials, politicians and policy makers on key policy issues;
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant housing legislation, policies and practices;
- Prepare documents and reports as required by the Director;
- Provide strategic assistance to VP/ Director of Partnerships and Programs Unit in enhancing and supporting partnership relationships with universities, research centers, institutions, foundations and the private sector;
- Support various partnership initiatives of the Organization in close collaboration with the Director and Network Evangelist;
- Support the development of MOU and other agreements with partner organizations;
- Assist the Foundation's team with ongoing partnership initiatives;
- Follow-up on conversations and processes;
- Create the proposals to enable partnership opportunities;
- Identify best practices and incorporate new ideas for partnership building;
- Deliver regular progress and/ or results presentations to the Director.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Law, Public Policy, International Relations, or a related field;
- Detailed understanding of the policy environment, political institutions and the process of government;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Excellent communication skills,
- Good understanding of the policy environment, political institutions and the process of government;
- Numeracy and ability to handle statistics;
- Ability to gather and research information from a broad range of sources, to interpret complex and technical information and to analyse data to inform policy;
- Non-linear thinking and ability to come up with creative solutions;
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group: executives, managers, and subject matter experts;
- Excellent command of English, Armenian and Russian, both written and verbal.
