ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

BDO Armenia is looking for a Public Sector Internal Auditor to join its team. As a Public Sector Internal Auditor, the incumbent will be required to support and work closely with senior members of the Public Sector Internal Audit team to manage assignments of moderate complexity and variety in line with the audit plan and BDO Armenia's internal audit methodologies.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Develop proficiency in applying internal audit principles, skills and techniques by performing audit tests of varying degrees of complexity;
- Execute a wide variety of audit tests/ procedures and accurately interpret results against defined criteria;
- Understand the financial, operational and compliance risks which effect activities;
- Demonstrate the ability to identify and appropriately define those risks, and formulate recommendations which are appropriate, practical and cost-effective;
- Consistently document relevant facts and information which support the work performed and conclusions drawn, so other reviewers can follow the auditor's logic in line with the BDO internal audit methodology and quality assurance requirements;
- Effectively evaluate audit results, weighing the relevancy, accuracy, and perspective of conclusions against the accumulated audit evidence;
- Complete work with limited instructions, yet know when to seek guidance from supervising staff when circumstances warrant;
- Exhibit creativity and innovation in recommending improvements to audit practices and processes;
- Supervise, coach, support and develop junior members of the internal audit team and always share expertise within the team;
- Contribute to, and participate in the growth and development of the team, such as marketing, networking and business development activities.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics;
- Experience in Public Sector Internal Audit function;
- Professional qualification of Public Sector Internal Auditor;
- Proficiency in ArmSoft, MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages.
