ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

The Alexander, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Yerevan is looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Purchasing Manager who will be accountable for sourcing equipment, goods, products, services and managing vendors.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies;
- Implement and maintain the policies and procedures on the process of procurement;
- Obtain quotations and complete market surveys to ensure high quality products for the best prices. Negotiate with suppliers to achieve this aim;
- Place purchase orders and ensure delivery of supplies and equipment to the Hotel by the deadlines required;
- Liaise closely with the Executive Chef to ensure food purchases are delivered on timely and to the quality standard specified;
- Maintain purchasing records and reviews periodically with regard to minimum stock levels;
- Maintain equipment and supplies catalogues and an inventory of various products in the market to be able to provide immediate service to colleagues;
- Ensure all purchases are streamlined and there is maximum savings where possible without sacrificing on quality;
- Perform other job-related duties.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Higher education;
- At least 3 years of experience in a relevant position;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management;
- Interest in market dynamics along with business sense;
- Knowledge of Armenian and English languages;
- Time management skills.
