ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Aregak UCO is looking for a Regional Unit Manager to join its team.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Plan, organize, coordinate and control the administrative and business activities of the regional unit;
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and control the entire process of loan disbursement, repayment and customer service of the regional unit in accordance with RA legislation and internal legal acts of the Organization;
- Manage and ensure planned volumes and quality of the loan portfolio;
- Submit the required reports by the prescribed manner;
- Participate in the development of the Organization’s strategy development programs;
- Study, research and analyze the regional market, make proposals for new loan products and services based on the analysis;
- Cooperate with local self-government and judicial bodies, as well as the Compulsory Enforcement Service.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- 2 years of work experience in financial-banking sector in case of university degree in Economics;
- 4 years of work experience in financial-banking sector in case of university degree, but not in the relevant field;
- Advanced knowledge of legal acts regulating the activities of the credit organizations;
- Advanced knowledge of legal acts regulating the activities of the local self-government and judicial bodies, as well as the Compulsory Enforcement Service;
- Computer skills, including experience in MS Excel and MS Word;
- Organizational, communication and negotiation skills;
- Knowledge of AS Bank 4.0 program will be considered an advantage;
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
