ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Sil Insurance is seeking a talented candidate for the position of Reinsurance Specialist.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Perform routine reinsurance administrative duties, such as maintaining records, processing and verifying new business;
- Organize the preparation of monthly and annual reports and ensure reinsurance information has been recorded accurately; perform reconciliation of reinsurance premium calculations and various reinsurance operations; research and resolve the more complex cases and provide guidance to underwriters;
- Understand all reinsurance processes and be able to research and process new daily reinsurance transactions for all facultative and treaty contracts;
- Ensure that the reinsurance instructions of the underwriter follow treaty guidelines for the new business;
- Help with answering questions/ issues of the reinsurers;
- Prepare daily and month reports and process all policy changes, analyzing issues and working with various areas to resolve any discrepancies with reinsurance contracts.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- University degree;
- Work experience in an insurance company, in a reinsurance or sales/ corporate department is strongly preferred;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian language; good knowledge of English and Russian languages;
- Strong knowledge of MS Office;
- Strong interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining good relationships and interactions with brokers and reinsurers;
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a team.
