ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Hosteeva is looking for a candidate for the position of Reputation Team Agent. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who thinks quickly and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. He/ she is a communicator who listens well and understands the needs of the Company's customers and business. He/ she also has a strong integrity, and is honest in his/ her interactions and uphold Company values and policies.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Check reviews left by the guests on partners' websites;
- Answer to reviews, both positive and negative;
- Contact guests who were not satisfied with their stay, irrespective of the fact they left a review or not, trying to get constructive feedback to help improve operations;
- Contact currently staying guests who are not happy with their stay, try to resolve/ fix issues, striving to improve their experience with the stay and the Company on the whole;
- Handle the problematic cases that are forwarded to the Reputation team from the Call Center department till final resolution;
- Contact the local managers to decide on the compensations, refunds, credits and discounts offered to the guests;
- Analyze reviews/ guest feedback to identify problematic properties/ locations (staff-related, cleaning and maintenance issues); cooperate with local managers to fix issues and improve guest experience as a result.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- High proficiency in English language, both verbal and written;
- Solid communication skills;
- University degree is preferred;
- Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts;
- Proficient computer user;
- Good data entry and typing skills;
- Customer service orientation;
- Attention to details.
