ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

RESO Insurance is looking for a Responsible for Reinsurance. The incumbent will oversee all areas of reinsurance. The incumbent will be responsible for building long-term relationships with reinsurance companies and maintain all reinsurance arrangements.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Draft reinsurance and brokerage cooperation contracts and provide statements in accordance with mentioned contracts;
- Manage and review the internal procedures and other documents connecting with the reinsurance in accordance with law;
- Manage and review all reinsurance arrangement in the Company's internal system in timely and accurate manner;
- Archive all reinsurance agreements and statements both in hard copy and electronic versions;
- Communicate with partner reinsurers in respect of conclusion and maintenance of reinsurance contracts;
- Prepare reports regarding reinsurance for providing to the Central Bank of Armenia;
- Implement analysis in respect of reinsurance and perform other job-related duties required by the Company's management.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Higher education, preferably in Insurance, Finance or Actuarial Mathematics;
- Experience in insurance industry, especially in reinsurance;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Attention and decision-making skills.
