ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

This is a "hands-on" role that develops and executes on automated consumer risk assessment process for secured/ unsecured products in the few countries of Mogo Finance Region. The Risk Manager retrieves the data from database, conducts interpretative, detailed analysis and deploys credit risk rational strategies for decision tree, risk based pricing, fraud prevention, etc. that ensure the decisions are made within the Mogo finance risk appetite and adhere to all governmental requirements and internal guidelines. Risk Manager directly reports to the Regional Head of Risk.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Conduct quantification and deep analysis of the changes in lending process retrieving data no database and using financial/ risk modelling on the portfolio level with the impact on Profit and Loss;
- Manage loan issuance process, keep it be up to date and know it in a detailed way;
- Manage risk policy, update and know it in detail;
- Responsible for external data providers, update and know the data in detail;
- Continuously revise and improve the risk assessment process (business rules, Loan to value, car assessment, limits, pricing, etc.) based on calculated financial impact;
- Work closely with data science and fraud prevention teams;
- Investigate and explain the reasons behind risk KPIs trends;
- Present Mogo countries' risk KPIs to the management;
- Actively participate in scorecard development and regional risk management improvement initiatives.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance or Economics;
- At least 3 years of working experience in consumer lending risk management;
- Good knowledge of consumer risk assessment principles;
- Working experience with the following tools: SQL, SAS, R, Python; experience with any other data extraction/ transformation tool is a plus;
- Proficient PC skills, including strong competency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and a variety of PC-based analytical and reporting software packages;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and draw conclusion;
- Good communication skills to present results to the management;
- Good knowledge of written and spoken Armenian and English languages.
