The role of the Risk Manager is to develop and execute the customer risk assessment process for secured/ unsecured products in the region ("Mogo Finance" Region). The incumbent will be responsible for managing the creation, implementation and validation of various risk assessment parts including, but not limited to: onboarding process, customer behavior, limit setup, risk-based pricing. The Risk Manager will conduct interpretative, detailed analysis. He/ she will deploy credit risk rational strategies to ensure the decisions are made within the Mogo finance risk appetite and to adhere to all management requirements and internal guidelines.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Develop, implement and validate credit risk assessment process in Mogo offices of other countries;- Manage the loan issuance process;
- Manage risk policy;
- Responsible for external data providers;
- Continuously review the risk assessment process;
- Quantify the proposed changes in lending process from local team, HQ or own initiative;
- Provide the inputs to the departments on the process/ data within the Mogo countries;
- Investigate and explain the reasons behind risk KPIs trends;
- Represent countries' risk KPIs to the management;
- Actively participate in the Regional Risk Management improvement initiatives.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance or Economics;- At least 5 years of work experience in consumer lending risk management;
- Good knowledge of consumer risk assessment principles;
- Working experience with the following tools: SQL, SAS, R and Python; experience with any other data extraction/ transformation tool is a plus;
- Proficient PC skills, including strong competency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and a variety of PC-based analytical and reporting software packages;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and draw conclusions;
- Excellent knowledge of credit loans and associated risk analysis and management;
- Capacity to perform holistic risk evaluation analyses and present it to the management;
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Armenian and English languages.
