ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Globalink Logistics DWC is looking for an RRS Assistant to join its team.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Process requests and offers as per RRS Department Manager; fill in GEMS with required info;
- Draft contracts with contractors, transport companies; monitor signing, updating, timely return and validity/ early signing of contracts with contractors;
- Fill in transport and shipping documents; Fill out transport applications for carriers;
- Prepare payment documents, invoices of suppliers for transportation; collect and provide all the required documents from all involved parties;
- Prepare instructions for the airport, marking of cargo;
- Organize timely filling of the agency database of the Department;
- Responsible for presence at deliveries, packings and preliminary inspections/ surveys;
- Provide assistance to the RRS Manager in all aspects;
- Assist in coordination; check daily mails/ print all correspondence;
- If necessary, perform other work in the Department as per RRS manager instructions.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Higher education;
- Work experience is preferable;
- Fluency in Russian and English languages, both spoken and written;
- Understanding the Company's activities, policies and procedures.
