IKO Machinery LLC is looking for a Sales Administrator for Construction and Warehouse Equipment.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Responsible for the workflow of equipment sales deals and projects (preparation of commercial proposals and contracts for clients and suppliers, preparation and approval of acceptance acts, etc.);- Send inquiries for commercial offers from the main suppliers of the products and services, and order placement;
- Coordinate sales with Technical, Logistics and Accounting Departments of the Company;
- Work with the 1C Enterprise software for sales and shipment of goods from a warehouse in Armenia, in cooperation with Accounting and Logistics Departments of the Company;
- Control receivables;
- Prepare equipment sales and marketing reports and presentations;
- Participate in tenders for construction and warehouse equipment;
- Plan and procure attachments for primary equipment;
- Arrange meetings with current and potential clients of primary equipment for Sales Department via phone/ e-mail;
- Arrange foreign and domestic business trips for sales staff members and customers;
- Arrange a little treat in the office for the customers.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Higher education, preferably in Economics or a technical field;- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian or English languages;
- Excellent knowledge of МS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of 1C Enterprise;
- Basic knowledge and experience in the field of commerce, accounting, logistics and law;
- Business e-mailing good skills;
- Experience in working with CRM;
- Availability of own client database is appreciated.
