ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Ibis Yerevan Center Hotel is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person for the position of Sales Agent.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Provide information on the Company activity and services via phone calls, emails and during meetings;
- Present, promote and sell products/ services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers;
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/ potential customers to meet their needs;
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction;
- Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule;
- Analyze the territory/ market’s potential, track sales and status reports;
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends;
- Continuously improve through feedback.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- BA/ BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field;
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Good knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Work experience in customer service or sales field is preferred;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Highly motivated and target-driven person with a proven track record in sales;
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills;
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills;
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
