ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

HAEKSHIN is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to be engaged in the reservation and sales process of multifunctional apartment building.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Solicit potential clients to buy apartments;
- Generate lists of potential clients and target groups;
- Advise clients on apartment prices, mortgages and other related information;
- Perform competitive analysis to determine a competitive market price;
- Promote and provide data to advertising campaigns aimed at property sales;
- Prepare all required documents for the execution of real estate purchase agreements;
- Check and ensure all terms of purchase contracts are met.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- University degree in the relevant field;
- Related work experience;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, ability to work in a team;
- Analytical skills.
