ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
People in Need Czech NGO Representative Office in Armenia is looking for a Sales Specialist for Amasia Wool Factory. The incumbent will help in planning and implementing the sales activities of the factory in designated areas to achieve sales objectives. The position requires lots of travelling to Gyumri and the regions.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Develop and maintain a customer database;- Prepare sales action plans and strategies;
- Schedule sales activities;
- Develop and make presentations of the Company products and services to current and potential clients;
- Negotiate with clients;
- Develop sales proposals;
- Prepare and present sales contracts;
- Carry out market research and surveys;
- Participate in events related to sales;
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development;
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;
- Formulate sales policies and procedures;
- Analyze data to identify sales opportunities.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing or Business administration;
- At least 2 years of work experience in sales;
- Profound sales and marketing knowledge;
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategy;
- Technical skills related to sales;
- Relevant product and industry knowledge;
- Successful previous experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager, consistently meeting targets.

- Excellent knowledge of Armenian language; sufficient knowledge of English language;
- Knowledge of principles and practices of sales;
- Knowledge of customer service principles;
- Presentation skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Organization and planning skills;
- Skills in analyzing sales data;
- Problem analysis and problem-solving approach;
- Information management skills;
- Adaptability;
- Persuasiveness.
