ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Strategic Development Agency is inviting a qualified specialist to fulfill the position of a Sales and Marketing Adviser/ Manager to be responsible for providing advice and consulting in the field of business and strategic planning, financial management, sales and marketing.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls;
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, research and analyze sales options and evaluate customer needs; actively seek out new sales opportunities;
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors;
- Set sales goals and develop sales strategies;
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with potential clients;
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns, prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services;
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
- Manage the sales process through specific software program; track data on sales, revenues and expenses;
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data;
- Build and maintain a CRM database;
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations;
- Participate in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the Company;
- Negotiate/ close deals and handle complaints or objections;
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results;
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- University degree in Economics, Marketing or other relevant area;
- At least 3 years of work experience in related fields;
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies;
- Experience in customer relationship management;
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
- Fluency in English, Russian and Armenian languages;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Knowledge of accounting software program (ArmSoft) is a plus;
- Ability and willingness to intensively travel countrywide (and abroad if needed).
