ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Carrefour Armenia is seeking a candidate to fill the vacant position of FMCG (Fast Moving Consuming Goods) Section Manager.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Develop the price image and freshness image;
- Initiate and motivate comparative studies within FMCG section that can contribute to the efficiency of the commercial concepts;
- Help customers when they need support, listen to their requirements and offer solutions;
- Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive exceptional customer service at all times;
- Manage and control attractive displays (including merchandiser activities) and ensure correct pricing are implemented at all times;
- Negotiate internal promotions with suppliers to enforce the image of discount inside the section;
- Guarantee the realization of section investments in accordance with the forecast;
- Ensure the financial process in FMCG section in term of financial KPIs, budget and DOA; to secure the return of investment on current operating projects;
- Propose and take necessary measures towards continuous reduction of the operational costs;
- Practice the Company values and guarantee the same is respected and followed by the Department team members;
- Responsible for the performance management of the team by a) setting particular objectives for the direct reports once a year, which are in-line with the Company and Department targets; b) carrying out performance analysis with regular feedback to direct reports; c) identifying employees with high potential, growth and proposing further development;
- Ensure proper stock management (stock value, control out of stock, orders and merchandise deliveries).

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- University degree in Commerce or Finance;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Customer service orientation;
- Time management skills;
- Knowledge of English language;
- Knowledge of MS Office.
