ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

PicsArt is looking for a Senior Data Scientist. The incumbent will have one of the most challenging jobs: analyzing user behavior and actions. He/ she will collaborate with product managers, designers and developers to ensure the continuous improvement of the Company's product. He/ she will lead that process from data perspective by providing invaluable insights and directing all key stakeholders. The Senior Data Scientist will also mentor junior data scientists by managing their tasks, reviewing their codes and insuring their continues growth.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Leverage data to develop analytical insights across all areas of the business to drive product development;
- Design experiments and interpret the results to draw detailed and actionable conclusions;
- Responsible for designing event architecture;
- Responsible for automation of data processing;
- Develop presentation stories and slides based on the analysis;
- Be a mentor and a manager for junior data scientists;
- Leverage models to help areas such as understanding user behavior, predicting future performance, enhancing editing experience, monetization and social interactions;
- Leverage large scale data processing such as Spark, Hive, and more;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across disciplines such as product, engineering, operations and marketing;
- Present findings to senior management to strengthen business decisions;
- Translate data-driven learnings into actionable insights.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- BS, MS or PhD in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or in other quantitative fields; advanced degrees are a plus;
- Strong programming experience in Python, Java and Scala;
- Strong SQL skills;
- Experience working with API services;
- Knowledge of experimentation and statistical methods;
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with strong analytical and research skills;
- Experience in other OOP languages is a plus;
- Experience in modeling and machine learning is a plus;
- Working knowledge of big data technology (Spark, Presto, Hive) is a strong plus;
- Experience managing a small team is a strong plus;
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, motivation and desire for continuous improvement;
- Good written and at least practical verbal knowledge of English language;
- Superb communication and organizational skills;
- Balanced attention to detail with swift execution.
