ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
Ardshinbank is looking for a Senior Internal Auditor to join its team.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Assist Internal Audit management in performing risk assessment and development of annual audit plan;- Perform testing and detail review of the Bank key finance controls to obtain assurance over the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal controls and identify opportunities for process improvements;
- Assist in design and execution of operational and financial audits to assess adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control environment, compliance with laws and Company policies and procedures, and identify opportunities for process improvements;
- Collaborate with process owners throughout the Organization;
- Develop and communicate recommendations for Management to enhance internal control environment and/ or operational processes;
- Ensure proper documentation of work done;
- Guide and oversee the work of team members;
- Perform other duties related to internal audit function as assigned.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field;- CFA, ACCA or other auditing certification is desirable;
- At least 3 years of auditing experience in finance (from which at least 2 years of experience in Big 4 is preferred), including at least 1-2 years of experience at the senior level;
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team;
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Strong analytical abilities, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal);
- Strong understanding of banking legislation and IFRS;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of Lsoft is preferred;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages; good knowledge of English language.
