ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

FXTM is looking for a strong, responsible and hard working person, someone that likes to go out of his/ her comfort zone on a daily basis, and who is ready to handle all manner of challenging situations. Relocation of a successful candidate from Armenia to Cyprus will be provided by the Company.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Provide legal assistance in all international business projects (corporate law, labor law, data protection, marketing agreements etc);
- Establish and support business relations with and through local and international consulting firms;
- Research, advise and establish new legal structures and models globally (new corporate companies in different regions, e.g. Asia, Europe, Latin America, etc; analyse and implement different work schemes providing legal confidence in the operating region) depending on Company needs;
- Be actively involved in Company strategy realization;
- Prepare and/ or review legal agreements of the business, including terms of business with clients (basic understanding on industry professional field will be required);
- Be actively involved in negotiations with partners and rollout of contracts and projects;
- Advise and support on legal matters related to safeguard business interests and assets (including intellectual property rights);
- Design and maintain a scalable and flexible legal structure, be able to accommodate the developing business requirements, that span multiple continents and regions;
- Represent the business in possible dispute resolution that may arise;
- Conduct regular analysis on Company potential gaps in current and upcoming legislation changes;
- Timely manage and coordinate various routine tasks;
- Responsible for constant internal and external communications regarding Company legal matters;
- Keep legal documentations and files in a structured order (be ready for internal and external audit);
- Create and support Company's policies and procedures.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- University degree in Law;
- At least 4 years of work experience in the relevant field;
- Working knowledge of CYSEC, FCA, IFSC, MIFID and/ or Central Bank of Cyprus legal and Regulatory framework will be considered as an advantage;
- Fluency in spoken and written English language;
- Active and initiative candidate;
- Readiness to multitask in a fast-paced and challenging environment;
- Readiness to work in a multinational company (strong team player, ready to share the knowledge and learn from others);
- Interest in international projects and communications with global parners;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Strong personality and managerial skills (managing and coordination of projects);
- High level of stress resistance and career growth oriented person (healthy, ambitious personality and hard worker);
- Responsible person who is attentive to details, accurate, positive and supportive;
- Understanding of fiduciary tasks, confidentiality rules and non-disclosure policies.
