ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Ardshinbank is looking for a Senior Legal Advisor.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Elaborate contracts for the implementation of financial transactions envisaged by banking legislation, banking rules and the business practices used in banking in accordance with the requirements and conditions of the Bank's internal regulations;
- Identify and evaluate legal risks of contracts and their consequences, develop and provide recommendations for reducing legal risks of contracts;
- Prepare and provide guidelines and methodological guidelines for the introduction of special conditions in exemplary forms of contracts;
- Responsible for periodic reviews of exemplary forms of contracts, including amendments and supplements to legislative and internal legal acts;
- Responsible for legal expertise of the Bank's internal legal drafts, provision of advisory interpretations of applicable laws, other legal acts, provision of information to the Bank's management on draft amendments to existing laws and regulations, and preparation of advisory comments thereto;
- Prepare drafts of other non-standard (non-standard) contracts signed by the Bank and their study;
- Investigate Bank Client Complaint Requirements, Financial System Mediator Notes and Reconciliation Agreements;
- Draft the founding documents of the Bank branches and the documents containing amendments thereto, ensuring the registration of new branches and changes of the founding documents of the active branches in the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia;
- Fulfill other functions entrusted to it by the Bank's internal legal acts, decisions and orders and other recommendations related to its functions.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Higher legal education; master's degree is desirable;
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the Central Bank, legal entities of banks or credit organizations (in the field of contracts and legal analysis) or at least 3 years of experience as a Lawyer in a leading law firm (in the field of contracting with international financial institutions);
- A lawyer's qualification is desirable;
- Knowledge of MS Office;
- Knowledge of business, tax, financial and administrative relations and the legal acts regulating them;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian language; good knowledge of Russian and English languages is desirable.
