ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Ginosi Apartels is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist with international experience for a global position. The incumbent will be responsible for architecting local and international projects. He/ she will be responsible for the phases of estimation, planning and proposal, all the way to the execution phase. The Senior Procurement Specialist will predominantly deal with the US market along with the local and other international markets.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Architect procurement processes and policies based on the Company vision and ensure process efficiency;
- Develop a vendor selection and qualification process;
- Manage contracts and ensure products and services meet Company requirements;
- Research and analyze competitive market and interview vendors, searching for the best price along with availability and quality of materials, equipment, property or services that the Company needs;
- Review and evaluate bid quotations or proposals and renegotiate if needed, using cost and price analysis techniques and checking that predetermined criteria has been met;
- Perform source selection/ justification;
- Follow up with the relevant manager or department to ensure goods or services are of the quality expected, and note whether the vendor should be used again;
- Coordinate the delivery of goods or services;
- Continually identify new opportunities for cost savings and cost avoidance and proactively track progress toward these objectives;
- Communicate with vendors on issues related to materials purchased from them;
- Coordinate with vendors on non-conforming material and work with Quality counterparts to track/ update progress on corrective actions affecting supply of raw materials;
- Establish partner risk identification and mitigation planning;
- Ensure to have an understanding of the Company's software specifications to provide high quality data;
- Perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- At least 3 years of work experience with both US and other foreign vendors and suppliers;
- Demonstrated experience with domestic and international logistics, regulations and safety standards in Ginosi's main apartel and supplier markets (currently US, Western Europe, China and Armenia);
- Ability to negotiate and execute contracts with suppliers;
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
- Proficiency in using procurement/ financial management tools such as price management, forecasting, product qualification and quality management;
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally;
- Understanding of world class corporate standards for compliance;
- Well-organized and detail-oriented person with strong time management skills;
- Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities for multiple projects or assignments;
- Valid driver's license and at least 2 years of driving experience;
- Computer savvy person; experience in working with Google Apps;
- Fluent knowledge of English language; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
