ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
Jermuk International Pepsi-Cola Bottler LLC is looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to ensure proper execution of all procurement-related activities and to increase procurement efficiency.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Supervise the full cycle of supply/ demand alignment, material replenishment, order placement timing;- Perform and review tenders and bids, monitor delivery times to ensure the timely delivery of goods according to production needs;
- Coordinate the ordering of necessary goods and services, determine quantity and timing of deliveries;
- Examine and test existing contracts;
- Forecast stock levels, deliver cost savings for the Company, develop sourcing strategies;
- Find suppliers and make negotiations within Armenia and abroad;
- Perform price and offer assessments;
- Manage all communication and negotiate with suppliers on price and delivery terms to maintain inventory levels and reduce costs, to contact and make contracts directly with original manufacturers (OMs) for cost saving purposes;
- Prepare and manage offers from beginning to end and prepare supplier contracts and delivery schedules;
- Continuously monitor, evaluate and improve supplier performance and internal supply process;
- Manage the transportation of the purchased goods from abroad (multimodal transportation);
- Implement handling and placement of Purchase Orders;
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure clarity of the specifications documentation and expectations;
- Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries;
- Create and maintain the supplier database;
- Supervise payments for placed Purchase Orders;
- Implement weekly Financial planning for Procurement Department and Cash meeting with Finance;
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness;
- Ensure local staff training and development.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Accounting;- At least 5 years of experience as a Purchasing Manager or Agent;
- People person with a knack for negotiation and networking;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Analytical thinking; proficiency in collecting and analyzing data;
- Proven ability to work with multiple vendors to determine the best deals for company;
- Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of urgency and accountability;
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, as well as a dexterity in "reading" the market;
- Fluency in English and Russian languages.
