ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Renco Armestate is looking for a Site Cost Controller to guarantee the continuous, adequate and complete monitoring of the Project costs, with particular attention on construction and subcontracts costs, with the aim to develop and analyze the estimate at completion.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Develop, monitor and updated the Cost Control Report of the Project, supporting the Project Manager in the analysis of the costs based on the adequate and continuous monitoring of mob/ demob of people, equipment, partners and subcontractors;
- Support the Project Manager in the approval process of subcontracts payments (M20);
- Update estimate at completion for projects costs based on the current performances, risks and opportunities of the Project;
- Monitor and analyze committed and actual costs versus previous forecasts;
- Update the timeline of costs and cash flow analysis.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Site experience as a Cost Control;
- Excellent knowledge of English language;
- Knowledge of costs accounting principles (direct, indirect costs, site overheads, etc.);
- Knowledge of construction process with a focus on civil, mechanical and electrical disciplines;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel;
- Knowledge of CAD, Oracle JDE is a plus.
